THE TWELVE DAYS OF FITMAS MY TRAINER GAVE TO ME!!!


On the twelfth day of Fitmas my Trainer gave to me, 12 Russian twists, 11 mountain climbers, 10 Glute bridges, 9 squat jumps, 8 lunges on each leg, 7 tricep chair dips, 6 pushups, FIVE MUCH LOVED BURPEES!! 4 sets of 10 crunches, 3 sets of 25 jumping jacks, 2 45 sec planks, and 1 minute of high knee running!
