"Healthy" Chocolates

Yes there is such a thing! Though with anything too much of something is still bad for you ;)

I love having these chocolates in the fridge, they really hit the spot when you need somethign sweet, and they are so rich that they don't leave you feeling like you want more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cocoa

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup agave syrup (or honey)

  • optional spice of choice for top (I used epicure maple bacon salt)

Directions

Mix together (depending on the room temperature you may need to melt the coconut oil) but in molds and set in freezer for an hour.

They need to be stored in the fridge.
I made 35 of these beauties and they taste amazing!
